AVOCADO FRIES

There are times when avocados are sold with low price and I just can't help but to buy them solely because they are cheap.

Then they'll sit still in the fridge till they rot cause I don't even know what to do with them.

So one day, I came across the idea of making avocado fries from google. It requires the ingredients I always have in my kitchen so why not give it a try?

Guys, I feel sorry for myself for not having the talent that I always needed: creating beautiful meals. But again, guys, this taste soooo good so you SHOULD give it a try!

The ingredients are:-

Young avocados (Green colour. Not the ripe ones.)
Oats for coating
Eggs
Salt
Pepper
Chili powder for extra heat

First, you gotta cut the avocados into wedges or whatever shapes you like. In the meantime,in a bowl, beat the eggs with some salt and pepper. In another bowl, mix the oat with some salt and chili powder as you like.

Next, roll the avocados one by one into the oat, then dip it into the eggs, and roll it again into the oat. Put some cooking oil into the cooking pan, fry with medium heat or till the oat turns golden brown. You can also bake the avocados in the pre-heated oven at 175 
Celsius degree for 10 to 15 minutes or until the oat turns golden brown.

There you go! The crunchy, healthy & tasty avocado fries!
