Tasty and super easy to make beef with soy sauce alias daging masak kicap.
The simplest recipe I have ever tried and it turned out incredibly well.
When I say it's easy to make, trust me. Cause if it is not easy, I would not share it here heheh.
You just need 5 ingredients to make this recipe:
500g beef (sliced / cubed)
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 inch of ginger
soy sauce
First thing first, blend the onion, garlic and ginger with a little bit of water then pour the mixture onto the beef.
Then pour in the soy sauce...
...till it turns out this color.
Let it marinate for a while. In my case, I waited for 20 minutes then I put them in a pan with a tablespoon of cooking oil in a low heat. Put the lid on, let it cook slowly and just stir once in a while. Add a pinch of salt just before you turn off the heat.
After 20 minutes or so, it is ready to serve.
Perfect with bread, noodles or rice. In my case, hot steaming rice with a sunny side up.
