So my baby girl turned 4 years old last Saturday.
I have a confession to make:
I never celebrate her birthday with fancy cake and presents before.
It's not that I don't remember her birthday. Deep inside my heart, as a mother, of course I wanted to celebrate her birthday just like any other kids out there but my husband told me,
"Don't make it a must. She can have cake and presents anytime she wants, not necessarily on her birthday."
That.
But this time, Aireen HAS requested for a cake (yeah she's grown up, she saw people celebrate their birthdays so she wants the same).
She asked for Omar & Hana cake, she got Omar & Hana cake.
She was so excited to see the cake with her favorite cartoon character on it and kept on saying "Eh Omar & Hana Omar & Hana!!".
It wasn't really a celebration but I hope she enjoyed it.
Baby girl, I NEVER forget. Trust me.
Because of you, I'm a mother. And because of you, I got the chance to experience motherhood.
Dear Aireen, may God bless you and shower you with joy, happiness and good life. I wish nothing but the best for you, now and forever.
Lots of love, Mama.
